AIFA PRO Academy: Where AI meets Excellence.
AIFA TECH LIMITED (formerly 9D Tech), which became a member of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks at the end of 2012, launched the "Smart Education System", a video cloud learning platform connected with a career platform "MOOC HK" in 2013. The system connects education and job hunting. After completing professional courses, students can obtain relevant recruitment vacancies and employment information to plan their career path more effectively.
The system has been purchased by Huawei Group (Huawei), and has been applied in the Hong Kong Open University Electronic Library and the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education.
AIFA PRO Academy has rich knowledge and 12 years’ experience in the education and career markets in Hong Kong and GBA.
AIFA won the 2rd China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition at 2013, and was selected by the "Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee" in their talent pool. In just 7 months, AIFA successfully obtained support from government of Qianhai, Shenzhen, the first HK technology company grounded in Qianhai with "Education Cloud Technology" and cooperated with the "Shenzhen Entrepreneurship Competition Platform".

Graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1982 with a Bachelor Degree in Social Science (major: Economics) and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education at the same university before pursuing and awarded a Master Degree in Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong, as well as a current Doctor of Philosophy (Education) candidate at the Central China Normal University. Postgraduate working experiences included finance, policing, marketing and administration, before focusing on vocational education and training field for over 30 years. Major duties were campus and curriculum management, educational marketing and quality assurance. Joined the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in 1989 and promoted from a frontline lecturer to Campus Principal, leading the biggest kindergarten teachers provider discipline of Child Education and Community Services (CECS) through expansion from one program to over ten programs, from diploma to higher diploma level, from a few hundred to nearly 2000 students number, and taking up the consultancy project of training in-service kindergarten teachers of the Education Bureau and child care workers of the Social Welfare Department.
During the past 28 years of working experiences in VTC, the major duties were Principal of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Sha Tin Campus) and Academic Director of the CECS discipline in VTC after promotion from being Department Head of China Business Studies and Business Administration, during which being elected the Vice President of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Association. Contributions were made to promote the manpower training and vocational education development at Chongqing when being a member of the Political Consultative Committee and visiting many places like Guangdong, Henan, Sichuan, and Guizhou, with speeches delivered at the Central Party Academy and masterminded the Guangdong and Hong Kong Property Development Conference. The current duty is the Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Institute after official retirement from VTC in 2017.
